Birds of Gull Island

Eight Species of seabirds are represented, each having their own place and unique way to nest and rear their young. Thousands of Common Murres make up the bulk of the bird population. Black Legged Kittiwakes, Glaucous Winged Gulls, Palagic and Red Faced Cormorants, Tufted and Horned Puffins and Pigeon Guillemots make up the entire population of over 10,000 nesting seabirds.
