“ The first storms of the fall build gently, while warm winds and rain form at sea, causing seabirds to flock together in preparation for their migration to winter feeding areas. Soon, the storms will lash the shore and the winds will turn cold. Large flocks of Shearwaters glide over the storm driven rollers on long sickle shaped wings, cutting the tempest with ease. ”
